Which camera is better? Fujifilm F30 ,one of the Canon Powershots or Panasonic FX-01?
I want a small, easy to handle digital camera. That makes good pictures even with bad lighting etc. I looked in a shop at the FujiFilm F30 and the Panasonic FX-01 and the Canon Powershot SD600. I liked all three of them and would like some advice which one to get when comparing price and picture quality. I would use the camera for snapshots like at family gatherings, when hanging out with friends and so on. Can anyone give advice? Thanks in advance!

What is the best zoom lens for canon EOS 50D?
I don’t have enough knowledge about camera lens. I just bought a new canon camera EOS 50D. I am also planning to buy zoom lens but I have no idea what is the best lens for EOS 50D. Your recommendation is highly appreciated. Thank you.
For the 50D you will need a ‘good’ lens if you want excellent image quality. A cheap telephoto lens is not a good idea for a camera like this, so don’t even think about getting a budget one that only costs a couple of hundred dollars or so, because it won’t deliver on image quality and will not be good enough for lower lighting. One with a wider (faster) aperture of f/2.8 is an excellent choice.
From the Canon lens/camera review site below (of the 50D)…
“Because the quality of the lens makes a big difference in the image quality delivered by a DSLR – especially one with the resolution of the 50D, I recommend buying (now or later), one of the better Canon general purpose lenses available. At this review date, the Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM Lens is my most-recommended 1.6x lens with the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM Lens and the Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM Lens being excellent alternatives.”
Another excellent lens with a longer starting focal length is the EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L, with or without IS or the f/4 version with or without IS.

I have a camera and I need help with it.?
I have a Canon PowerShot A 480. When I make a video it does not play sound. I was wondering what was wrong it. I have turned all of the volume settings up and turned the mute off. When I hook it up to my TV it plays sound but when I try to play it on my camera it does not play sound:( Can you please help me? I need sound.!!!!!
Look at it!!

Your camera won’t playback the sound of the video simply because doesn’t have an internal speaker to do so. You can only play the video complete with its sound on pc or TV. Most of compact digital camera don’t have that option.
Hope this helps.

How do you pick your next lens?
I was given a Canon EOS Rebel T1i (500D) Digital SLR Kit w/EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens, for the holidays, I would love to get at least one to two more leses for it, how do I go about choosing what to get next?
I enjoy taking photos of flowers, animals, and buildings if that’s any help.
Fill in where your current lens is not getting the pictures you want.
If you want to shoot WILD animals then a longer lens would seem a good idea.
A 70-300mm, perhaps, like…

Maybe a Macro lens for those really sharp close-ups on flowers.
Spring is nearly here (Honest…it is!)

And for a bit of fun, a fisheye converter (does interesting things to buildings)….

(Put it on your current zoom to get an extreme-wide-angle-to-fisheye-zoom.)
